I love reading the War Nerd. Yesterday's column, Russia's Other Great Victory, on one of the final battles of WW2 was really interesting... and aspect of a war that so much has been written about, yet there are entire swaths of fascinating history still unexplored.
And learning the title of invasion of Manchuria brought a big evil grin to my face - Operation August Storm |

Well, walking home I spotted my two favorite beagles nestled up to the side of the fence. I knew something was up... when I got closer, I saw this.
